The disclosure

AuctionDex links out to third-party marketplaces and may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. Listing data is provided for discovery only — prices, bids and end times are set by the marketplace and its sellers.

What this means in practice

• Outbound links to marketplace listings may include affiliate tracking parameters. If you buy after following one, AuctionDex may receive a commission from the marketplace.
• You never pay more. Any commission is paid by the marketplace out of its own fees. The price you bid and pay is unchanged.
• Commission does not influence what you see. Listings are selected and ordered by the filters and sort you choose — time remaining, price, bids, category. Nothing is promoted, boosted or reordered for commercial reasons, and there is no paid placement.
• Outbound links are marked rel="sponsored" so they are machine-readable as monetised links.

What data this involves

Affiliate tracking here concerns outbound clicks only. AuctionDex retrieves public marketplace listing information, does not require visitors to connect an eBay account, and does not currently retain eBay marketplace-user account data. It operates an eBay marketplace account deletion notification endpoint for API compliance; because no such account data is stored, there is nothing to erase when a notification arrives.

Current status

No affiliate programme is active yet. While no campaign is configured, outbound links are plain marketplace URLs with no tracking parameters attached.
